What is a DND file?

DND files mostly belong to ClustalW.

DND files can mean very different things based on the software that creates them. The most common usage is in bioinformatics, where a DND file stores a phylogenetic tree produced by tools like ClustalW or ClustalX. How to open DND files

You need a suitable software like ClustalW to open a DND file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert. The file name MLR-Validation.dnd is characteristic of these files. These files can be linked to validation, matrices, inductance, unsymm, notes, phase, three and line.
