What is an OPM file?

OPM files mostly belong to WinMENTOR Enterprise. OPM files are not a single type of file but a collection of different data files used for specialized purposes.
They can be seen as:

Romanian payment or payroll files used by banks such as Banca Transilvania and managed in systems like WinMENTOR ENTERPRISE.

How to open OPM files

You need a suitable software like WinMENTOR Enterprise to open an OPM file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert. If you cannot open your OPM file correctly, try to right-click or long-press the file. Then click "Open with" and choose an application. You can also display a OPM file directly in the browser:. 35% of all OPM files have the same signature OPM|. The contents of these files are easily readable with a text editor. OPM files are between 270 bytes and 2 KB in size. Several words can almost always be found in the files, e.g. RNCB, Alimentare and salarii. An example of a file name is SC H_20180601.opm or SC S_20180601.opm. Files like these have the following tags: ghiseu.
