What is a PD2 file?

PD2 files mostly belong to CLO 3D. PD2 files are used in several specialized fields. They are not one single format but a group of project files that store data for specific software. They can contain different types of information depending on the originating application.

CLO3D Pattern Design Files – These files store garment pattern data encoded in UTF-16 (LE) for use with CLO 3D Pattern Design Software. For details, visit CLO3D.

How to open PD2 files

You need a suitable software like CLO 3D to open a PD2 file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert.
