What is a PLG file?

PLG files mostly belong to Sibelius by Avid. A PLG file is a plugin used to extend the capabilities of Sibelius music scorewriter program. A PLG file containing a Sibelius plugin is written in ManuScript programming language. Another type of PLG file is a library used by PhotoFiltre Studio image editor. How do you open PLG files?

You need a suitable software like Sibelius to open a PLG file.
