What is a WBF file?

WBF files mostly belong to ProFile Tax Software. WBF files are specialized data files with two primary uses:
Tax Return Files:
This variant holds Canadian tax return data in a Java-based format and is part of the Webform Business File system. It is designed to store and transmit detailed tax form information securely.

Known as a Canadian tax form file.
Used for electronic submission of tax returns to the Canada revenue system.

Web Builder Backup Files:
In some cases, the WBF extension is used for website backup files. These are built with ZIP compression and are linked to the website builder tool Webflow.

Referred to as a Webflow Backup File.
Contain website structure or configuration data.

How to open a WBF file

1% of all WBF files are associated with TusiSoft Polyglot dictionary. The content consists of binary data as well as text and words. The files are often between 320 KB and 4 MB in size.
