What is an FMB file?

FMB files mostly belong to Oracle Forms Builder. FMB files are Oracle Forms Modules built with Oracle Forms Builder. They hold binary source code that defines the layout, triggers, and PL/SQL code for forms used in Oracle database applications.

How to open FMB files

Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert. FMB file extension format:

To view or edit FMB files you need to know the file format, because it determines how the data in this file is stored. Adobe strongly recommends all users immediately uninstall the Flash Player to help protect their systems. These files are binary files, so they do not contain text, but only cryptic characters. The file size is in the range of 500 bytes to 140 KB. An example of a file name is 1.fmb or 4.fmb.
