File Extension MUX

File type: Music File

The MUX file type is primarily associated with 'Trackmania' by NADEO. A car-racing, track building game. You can add sounds if they are in the .OGG format (use the free program Audacity to convert MP3 and WAV to OGG format). Then, open the Trackmania launcher, go to Help | Custom Data | Convert Music.

When windows gives you an error message saying that it
"Cannot open MUX files", this means either:

A. You need to identify a program that can open the file
B. Or your registry may be damaged

In both cases it is strongly recommended that you
run a free scan for registry errors.
