The WBA file type is primarily associated with 'WindowBlinds' by Stardock Corporation, Inc.. Changes the look and feel of WindowsXP. Object Desktop lets you change your title bars, scrollbars, radio buttons, Start bar and nearly every other part of the Windows GUI. It works on all versions of Windows.

When windows gives you an error message saying that it
"Cannot open WBA files", this means either:
