.wsm File - Megaman X8

I know it is a video file, because I founded it from
(Install Directory)\MEGAMANX8\movie
and there are many WSM files.

Which program I can use to open it?

Simple copy the files somewhere else and rename the extension from .wsm to .vob, have a dvd player on your pc, i use the video lan player my self and the videos will playback with full glorious color equal to the ps2 version
