DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO OPEN A TST FILE..

Not specifically. There are some links in the database listing...

...but none for a player. It would be a great surprise if the authority issuing the test did not somewhere point you to a proper reader for taking the test and submitting the answers. Go back to where you got the test and hunt around more for that sort of link and/or ask there. Just posting a test file without the resources to use it is rather irresponsible behavior.

No. I don't do file conversions; just provide a research site where people can find out what file extensions work with which software. Nothing more.

but can you recommend any programs in which i can open this tst file?
