What is an SBD file?

SBD files mostly belong to Thunderbird by MZLA. SBD is a build file used by certain development tools on Excalibur devices. Created by Intel, Excalibur devices include a system of embedded processors for which different development tools have been made and included.

Use: One of these included development tools is the MegaWizard plug-in manager - a GUI utility that allows users to set working parameters for the processors. It outputs a "system build descriptor" (or SBD) file that contains all the data related to the device's set-up. This data includes:

Input voltage levels
Output configuration information
Operational frequency information

How to open SBD files

You need a suitable software like Thunderbird to open an SBD file. How to solve problems with SBD files

Associate the SBD file extension with the correct application.
