A little tip: If you rename the file extension to .zip and then double-click, you will see the included files and images. The file size is in the range of 200 KB to 5 MB. The files contain the following words: content, mimetypeapplication/x-vnd.corel.zcf.designer.document+zipPK and data. These files are often associated with backup.
