DXR files mostly belong to Acrobat by Adobe. DXR filename extension is mainly associated with protected (non-editable) movies created with Director, a video authoring and interactive game creation software. A DXR movie file is similar to a DIR movie file, however, unlike DIR files DXR files cannot be edited after they are exported.
