What is an FLT file

FLT files mostly belong to Illustrator by Adobe. FLT filetype is associated with the Audition software, developed by Adobe Systems.

Main Use: Adobe Audition software consists of a multitude of tools for creating, mixing, editing, and restoring audio content in a professional manner. Setting files used by E-on Vue, a 3D environment modeling program also use the FLT file extension. The data in the FLT files are used to emphasize and filter particular colors in an existing image.

How to open an FLT file

You need a suitable software like Illustrator to open an FLT file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert.
