What is an OFF file?

OFF files mostly belong to GLC_Player by GLC_Player Developer community. Files with OFF extension are 3D objects created using Object File Format (OFF), which is an ASCII text-based file format for describing 2D and 3D geometry objects. An OFF file defines the (geometry) surfaces of 3D objects using vertices and polygons, while the object's color(s) are defined using RGB values. The first line of an OFF file contains the keyword OFF. Other contents of the file can include the name of the model, its description, number of faces & edges, as well as X, Y, Z coordinates of vertices.

How to open an OFF file

You need a suitable software like GLC_Player from GLC_Player Developer community to open an OFF file.
