What is a TPP file?

TPP files mostly belong to TouchPortal. TPP files are not a single file type. They are used by several programs and their structure depends on the creating application.
TouchPortal Plugin Package files, for instance, are compacted as ZIP archives that include data, scripts, and other resources for TouchPortal. They are designed to extend the application's functions.
Other TPP files work as plugins for Total Commander. These files integrate additional features into the file manager environment.

How do you open TPP files?

You need a suitable software like TouchPortal to open a TPP file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert.
