What is a WP file?

WP files mostly belong to WordPerfect by Corel. A WP file is a document created by WordPerfect word processing application for Windows desktop. It contains text, text formatting, graphical objects, images, and metadata such as layout settings. WP format was only supported by WordPerfect 6.0 to 6.2. CorelDRAW graphics design software also used a WP file to store a vector image. Both formats are obsolete.
