XLT files mostly belong to Microsoft Excel. Excel Template (XLT) File is a file used in Microsoft Excel to store a pre-set workbook layout. It uses the Microsoft Compound file format to hold details like cell formats, formulas, and design structures.
This file lets you start new spreadsheets with a consistent layout. It holds preset settings so you do not have to reapply them for every new file. How do you open XLT files?
