What is a CVX file?

CVX files mostly belong to Canvas by ACD. CVX filename extension is associated with drawings stored in the vector graphics format used by Canvas desktop publishing and drawing software. Drawings stored in CVX files may contain vector/raster graphics, layers, and layout information (e.g. settings, size etc.). This file format has some similarities with the CNV format used in Canvas version 6 to 8. The final edition of a CVX drawing may be saved as a CVI image file that can only be viewed with Canvas or exported to standard vector or raster graphics file formats.
