How to open DCE files

You need a suitable software like Lytx DriveCam Player to open a DCE file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert. The files are often between 2 MB and 4 MB in size. The following keywords are characteristic: STRT, TIME, DRID, QTABA, RCFG and TRGS. Files like these are about accident, and contain personal data.
