Default Runner Error

I can't figure out this "runner file name(fspex.exe) lacks a the app id seperator" keeps popping up, hpw do I get rid of it? Thanks

Probably an anti-spy/adware you are running saw an automatic update program running in the background on your system and disabled just a part of it. See this thread for more information...

That thread, however, applies to an HP updater. The file name you mentioned (fspex.exe) belongs to [SIZE=2] F-Secure and is an Anti-Virus Updater so you probably need to reinstall that software to make certain the updater is working properly. I think I'd rather have the anti-virus software running and updating than anti-spyware/adware software because I can always avoid the latter by just not clicking on links to odd places (a good practice to get into).
