What is a 002 file?

002 files mostly belong to HachaPro.

*.002 files can be understood in two main ways:

1. Split Archive File Segment:
Many software tools (such as HachaPro) create large archives by breaking them into smaller parts. In this case, a .002 file is one segment of a multi-part archive. It must be kept together with other parts (.001, .003, etc.) to reassemble the complete file.

2. TIFF Image Data:
Some .002 files use an internal TIFF format and contain image data. This usage is linked with tools like DACS Toolkit II. While they are actual images, they may appear with a numeric extension due to the software processing.

• Keep all related segments together when reassembling a split archive.

The contents of these files cannot be read by a human; only a computer program can interpret the data. 002 files can be up to 100 MB in size, but are often around 15 MB - 100 MB. Certain words are almost always found in the files, such as Rar!. tda-app1.002 is a typical file name.
