What is a CIP file?

CIP files mostly belong to Tempo by Cavena. CIP file extension is primarily associated with the proprietary subtitle format used to create movie subtitles in Tempo, a subtitle preparation software developed by Cavena. A CIP file contains subtitle text and captions saved alongside a timeline to synchronize subtitles and audio output during video playback. How to open CIP files
