What is a CLI file?

CLI files mostly belong to Grand Theft Auto IV by Rockstar. A CLI file is a clip used to replay (playback) a game scene or session in Grand Theft Auto IV. A CLI file is not an actual video file. Instead, it contains a sequence of game controller commands which simulate/render a sequence of scenes. Such clips are saved in the Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\Videos\Clips folder in the current user's directory of a Windows machine.
