DD2 is seldom used as a file extension and includes different formats for different programs. However, the following two file formats are common:

• 60% of all DD2 files use the same file format, which can be identified by the letters "31 2C" at the beginning. These files are text files, so they contain words and text. The files are on average 4 KB in size and range from 580 bytes to 12 KB. The file type was created recently.
• 6% of all DD2 files use the same file format, which have the signature Average . The content consists of readable text data, which can be read using a text editor. Most of these files are 420 bytes to 14 KB in size.
