How do you open HPD files?

• 45% of all HPD files internally utilize the PDF file format. PDF is short for Portable Document Format, is a file format to present documents, including text formatting and images, in a manner independent of application software, hardware, and operating systems. The content consists of readable text data, which can be read using a text editor. HPD files can be up to 6 MB in size, but are often around 4 KB - 1 MB. The keywords FormatVersion, TargetModel, BCDx36HP, Conventional, AreaState, StateId, CountyId and AreaCounty are typical for these files. Some examples of file names are s_20180601.hpd or f_20180601.hpd.
