What is an MQD file?

MQD files mostly belong to FCS Express 7. An MQD file is not a single-purpose format. In most cases, it is a flow cytometry data file used with FCS Express 7 software. This file stores experimental measurement data. It is sometimes called a MultiQuant data file in projects run by IsoPlexis IsoSpeak.
Other uses include:

How to open an MQD file
