What is a PTL file

PTL files mostly belong to Premiere by Adobe. A PTL file is an ASCII-encoded petal created by the Visual Modeler component of Visual Studio integrated development environment. Another type of PTL file is a tile preset, pattern, or a texture used by Corel products such as Painter and PaintShop. PTL is also the filename extension of particles used by Delta Force video game. ROSE Online massively multiplayer online role-playing game uses a PTL file to store its particle list. How do you open PTL files?
