How to open an SNS file

You need a suitable software like Olympus Viewer 3 to open an SNS file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert. SNS file format:

The file format determines how the data is stored in the file. Each file format has a unique extension and almost always a unique signature. For example, Microsoft Word documents have the extension .docx and the signature (usually the first 3 characters in this file) PK. As a file extension, SNS isn't very common and covers different formats for different programs. However, the following two file formats are common:

• 35% of all SNS files start with the bytes 40 4F, which are crucial for this file format. These files are text files, so they contain words and text. The files are 220 bytes to 150 KB in size, with a median of 7 KB. This file type is based on cutting-edge technology.
