SR4 files mostly belong to RoadLab Pro. This SR4 file format is used in two distinct ways. The primary use is as a traffic data file, which stores road survey information and sensor readings for traffic management. It is designed for analysis of road conditions and survey data.
Another application of SR4 files is as an RGB lighting profile. In this case, the file uses the UTF-16 (LE) encoding to store settings that define lighting colors and sequences. How to open an SR4 file

You need a suitable software like RoadLab Pro to open an SR4 file.
