What is a TPM file?

TPM files mostly belong to BitLocker by Microsoft. A TPM file is an XML-encoded backup of owner authorization information used by the Trusted Platform Module on a computer. How to open TPM files

You need a suitable software like BitLocker to open a TPM file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert. How to solve problems with TPM files

Associate the TPM file extension with the correct application.
