What is a UTM file

UTM files mostly belong to RHISAC Ultima Test Manager. UTM files are not a single format but serve different purposes depending on the creating application.
For example, the most common use is for RHISAC Ultima Test Manager data files. These files store test settings, configurations, and results. They may use a .NET-based internal format. More information is available at RHISAC Ultima.

How do you open UTM files?

Such files are related to dcrm, close and open.
10% of all UTM files have the same signature 22 serialization::archive 9 0 1 1 1 . These files contain text and words, not binary data. A typical file size is 1 MB. Certain words are almost always found in the files, such as Applicable Rule, RINA, Survey Data, Thickness Measurement, 0 0 1 1 58 Reporting and Analysis of Thickness Measurement Data-2 and 22 serialization::archive 9 0 1 1 1 8. Such files sometimes refer to person-related data.
