What is an EP file?

EP files mostly belong to Pencil Project.

Your EP file may belong to one of two distinct areas. In most cases it is a project file created by Pencil Project, an application that uses an XML structure to store diagram and prototype data. How to open EP files

You need a suitable software like Pencil Project to open an EP file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert.
