What is an EVENT file?

EVENT files mostly belong to VideoStudio by Corel. An EVENT file contains folder metadata saved by Corel software products like VideoStudio and PaintShop. Each folder containing projects saved by these applications includes a single EVENT file. This file contains information specifying whether the contents of the folder has changed since it was last accessed by a Corel program.
