What is an LDR file?

LDR files mostly belong to LDraw by Estate of James Jessiman. An LDR file is a 3D LEGO model created with LDraw computer-aided design program. An LDR model contains dimensions, geometry, and other information which define the placement of 3D LEGO bricks in a coordinate system. Another type of LDR file is a template for backup processes used by Ghost disk cloning and backup software. eSignal stock trading software saves its host list in an LDR file.
