What is a P2G file

Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert. The following keywords are characteristic: Compilation, Information, discType, " version=", <Project magic=", fileDate, fileTime, DataDisc discName, original, <Project magic="{4CD00D8E-03A5-4c2c-9604-98A04FFC3F8E}", DATA, name and title. A usual file name is MY_AUDIO_20180601_1.p2g or MY_DATA_20180601_1.p2g. Such P2G files store data about music, data, audio, video and family.
• 7% of all P2G files use the ZIP algorithm, the P2G file contains a number of compressed files. 2 to 17 compressed files with names like contents.plist and vocabulary.db are common. If you want to see the included files and images, simply rename the file extension to .zip and double-click it. Most of these files are 300 KB to 870 KB in size. The files contain the following words: vocabulary.db.
