What is an SCL file?

SCL files mostly belong to Scala by Manuel Op de Coul. SCL files are Chord Diagram Library files utilized by Sibelius, a music notation software that creates musical scores, and also plays the music back using sampled or synthesised sounds.

SCL file format:
