File Extension TOD

File type: Digital Video File

The TOD file type is primarily associated with 'JVC Everio' by JVC Americas Corp. JVC stores the video in files with a .MOD extension which are standard MPEG-2-TS files with Dolby Digital sound. Third-party editing applications should be able to edit them if the file extension is changed to .M2T and the application supports that format.

When windows gives you an error message saying that it
"Cannot open TOD files", this means either:

A. You need to identify a program that can open the file
B. Or your registry may be damaged

In both cases it is strongly recommended that you
run a free scan for registry errors.
