What is a BRO file?

BRO files mostly belong to Creatacard by Broderbund. The BRO filename extension is usually associated with 3D models consisting of trees, bushes, or shrubs created using OnyxTREE, a 3D software compatible with Windows and Mac. Apart from the trees and shrubs, a BRO file created with OnyTREE also holds the settings for wind, lighting, and other effects. The BRO file format is also used to store a range of other graphics such as brochures, greeting cards, and page layouts created using software like Avantquest and CreataCard. How do you open BRO files?

You need a suitable software like Creatacard to open a BRO file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert.
