What is a GBC file?

GBC files mostly belong to Visual Boy Advance by Emulator Zone. A GBC file is a disk image extracted from a Game Boy Color game console cartridge. It contains an exact copy of all data and executables which make up a video game. Game Boy Color emulators such as WinDS PRO, OpenEmu, and Visual Boy Advance can mount and run a game saved in a GBC file.

How can I open a GBC file?

You need a suitable software like Visual Boy Advance from Emulator Zone to open a GBC file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert.
