What is a GHS file?

GHS files mostly belong to Ghost by Broadcom. Norton Ghost and Symantec Ghost Solution Suite application creates GHS files to create disk image along with GHO files. Norton Ghost and Symantec Ghost Solution Suite application allows user to create backup of entire system and hard disk data. GHS files are devided into subsequent segments and numerical symbol are added such as 001, 002 to each segment.

How to open a GHS file

You need a suitable software like Ghost to open a GHS file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert.
