What is an OSF file?

OSF files mostly belong to OsmAnd.

OsmAnd Offline Map Files: The most common use of the OSF extension is for exporting offline maps. These files are actually ZIP archives that store map data for use with the OsmAnd application. Installer Executable Files

How to open OSF files

You need a suitable software like OsmAnd to open an OSF file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert. The file format, which is the arrangement and type of data in a file, determines which program can open the file. Each file format has a unique extension and almost always a unique signature.
