What is an OSS file?

OSS files mostly belong to Microsoft Outlook. Your OSS file can be one of two specialized data files.:
  • Outlook Item Storage File: This file uses a Microsoft Compound format to store email items, calendar entries, and contacts. It is managed by Microsoft Outlook and serves as a local backup of your messaging data.

    How to open OSS files
