Opening BTH Files
The BTH file type is primarily associated with Bluetooth Manager.
What is a BTH file?
- Bluetooth headset pairing file: Stores pairing keys and configuration data for connecting a Bluetooth headset with a device.
- Ship berth description file: Contains docking and layout information used by maritime management systems such as those from BerthMaster.
- ArtiCAD project file: Holds design data for interior projects, especially in bathroom design. More details are available at Articad.
- CLO 3D garment buttonhole: Saves design parameters for creating garment buttonholes in a 3D modeling environment. See additional information at CLO 3D.
FilExt.com note: Each version of a BTH file uses its own internal structure. Opening one with a generic application may not work; you must use the software that created it.
How do you open BTH files?
You need a suitable software like Bluetooth Manager to open a BTH file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert. If you cannot open your BTH file correctly, try to right-click or long-press the file. Then click "Open with" and choose an application. You can also display a BTH file directly in the browser:. Just drag the file onto this browser window and drop it.

Programs that open and convert BTH files:
- Bluetooth Manager
See the previous paragraphs to learn more about the main application. BTH files are often referred to as Bluetooth Manager data files because this type of file is primarily created or used by this software.
- Bathy Recorder (Data File) by Jeppesen Marine, Inc.The Nobeltec Bathy Recorder, sold as a Plus Pack to Visual Navigation Suite (VNS) and Nobeltec Admiral, enables you to record sea floor topographic information using your Sounder/Depth Finder device, and to incorporate that data into your 3D display. The files are named using the date and your serial number but can be shared.
BTH file format details:
Each file has a definite file format, that is, how the stored data is arranged in the file. The file format can be determined based on the file extension and the signature (the first few characters of a file). File extension, signature and file format must match; otherwise errors will occur when the file is opened. So a detailed analysis of a file is vital in order to determine the format and the associated program. Our analysis of the BTH files produces the following result:
BTH is not a common file extension and is used by a few programs, each with its own file format. But the following two file formats are common:
- 25% of all BTH files use the same file format, which can be identified by the letters "60" at the beginning. The contents of these files cannot be read by a human; only a computer program can interpret the data. The files are on average 33 KB in size and range from 33 KB to 33 KB. The file type is relatively new. Such files sometimes refer to jetty, berth, zeebrugge, belgium, berthverified, terminal, christi, corpus and east, and have often person-related content.
- 20% of all BTH files have the same signature ºÍÜ«G. If you open these files in a text editor, you will see only illegible characters. The files are often between 12 KB and 12 KB in size. A common filename is IMG_0001.BTH or IMG_0002.BTH.
All the rest of the BTH files (55%) have different formats, the following 5 formats exist: articad and BTH. These files sometimes refer to buttonhole, eyelet, bathroom, round, bartacking or plan. Just click the "Choose your .bth file to analyze" button on this page to find out what your BTH file is.
