What is a CBT file?

CBT files mostly belong to CDisplay Comic Book Reader by CDisplay. The CBT file extension is a comic book archive or comic book reader file created using tar.

• Main Usage: CBT files are used to store groups of images, such as PNG or JPG files, which can be viewed as a comic book using an appropriate program. The image files contained in the archive are specifically named to allow comic book viewers to identify the order in which they are meant to be read. How to open a CBT file

You need a suitable software like CDisplay Comic Book Reader to open a CBT file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert.
