To view or edit DCV files you need to know the file format, because it determines how the data in this file is stored. DCV is a very widely used file extension. The file type predominantly uses a uniform format. However, the following two file formats are common:

• 95% of all DCV files are based on the popular MP4 file format. MP4 is a multimedia container format used to store video and audio and allows streaming over the Internet. Certain words are almost always found in the files, such as ClaraRavensEp4b/001.dci, ClaraRavensEp4b/PK and cqGK. The file name Clara Ravens Ep. 4b.dcv or Clara Ravens Ep 4 - Colombinas Illusion Part 2.dcv is characteristic of these files. Files like these have the following tags: dossier, episode, colombinas, illusion and preview.
