What is a DMC file?

DMC files mostly belong to DAZ Studio by DAZ. A DMC file usually contains the lip sync configuration of animations created with DAZ Studio's Mimic plugin which is used to animate 3D facial expressions. Information stored in this DMC file is applied to facial animations used to mimic speech. Another type of DMC file contains a DPMC audio sample composed using FamiTracker, a program for creating game music and sounds used on NES and Famicom platforms.
