LARGE files mostly belong to Photoshop. LARGE files are not a single standard file type. They are a container used to store files that are unusually large in size.

9% of all LARGE files are based on the zip format, so multiple files are compressed and stored together in one LARGE file. Such a ZIP file contains 12 to 40 files with names like DiagramLayout, Metadata, SecurityBindings, Settings, Version, [Content_Types].xml, \Report\CustomVisuals\, \Report\Layout and \Report\LinguisticSchema. If you want to see the included files and images, simply rename the file extension to .zip and double-click it. LARGE files can be up to 46 MB in size, but are often around 340 KB - 23 MB. Several words can almost always be found in the files, e.g. Version and [Content_Types].xml. Such LARGE files store data about upload and pbix.
