What is an LH file

LH files mostly belong to MP4Box. Lecture recordings or game archives?: If your LH file has an MP4 internal format, it is most likely a lecture recording. This variant wraps standard MP4 video data and is usually processed with tools like MP4Box. In such cases, a media player that supports MP4 (for example, VLC) can display the content.

LH is not a commonly used file extension and is used by different programs with different formats. The two most common formats are as follows:

• 30% of all LH files store the data in the MP4 file format. MP4 is a multimedia container format used to store video and audio and allows streaming over the Internet. These files are binary files, so they do not contain text, but only cryptic characters. The average file size is 83 MB with most files being between 30 MB and 110 MB in size. The file type was developed only in the last few years. The files contain the following words: *iods, ftypmp42, lmvhd, mp42mp41isomavc1, trak and moov. Such files are related to problems, cycle, intro, thermodynamics, introduction, properties, process, force and stage.
• 10% of all LH files use the same file format, which can be identified by the letters "40 E0" at the beginning. The contents of these files cannot be read by a human; only a computer program can interpret the data. The files are 13 KB to 230 KB in size, with a median of 190 KB. Mario.arc.LH or bgA_0B02.arc.LH is a typical file name.
