What is a LYR file

LYR files mostly belong to ArcGIS by ESRI. An LYR file contains a single layer of a 2D or 3D drawing created with DataCAD computer-aided architectural design software. Another type of LYR file is the layer of a multi-layer engraving design created with bestIMAGE CAD software. The file comprises precision color values and raster/vector graphics objects used to create bulk laser engraving designs. How to open a LYR file
